Who's your Darna?
Of course I would say Angel Locsin because I like her..
Objectively, I would still say(so far) that Angel is better for the role. For one, Angel's big boobs and voluptuous figure speaks clearly. If I remember it correctly, Darna is not slim. Maybe a little more fat and Marian can ace that part too. If you will notice, if you compare their faces, and if you base it again on Darna's we have, Angel's face is more apt. The snobbish look on Angel's face resembles most, if not all ,past Darna. Marian's face seems a bit soft for that. Now let's talk about the costume, two thumbs up for Marian's. The red/gold combo made it more classy. And as for their performance, I can't tell yet since Marian's Ding ang bato! rendition will be out in a few more days. Let's wait and see..

Definitely Marian Rivera, she looks like the heroine type more than Angel. Angel has an evil type face more suited for a villain. It would be kind of cool to put them against each other in a movie. I'm not so sure that Angel is more voluptuous. I think that Marian has a hotter body and she's prettier.
Sa ngayon, I prefer Angel over Marian based sa over-all package. Wait natin ang acting ni Marian sa August. Pero sa totoo lang, hindi ako excited sa Darna 2, may bago ba silang ilalabas? Taray! ha ha!

well , the perfect role for Darna should be more like Filipina . It would be look like cheap if its not.... you know what I mean right. Sexiness and appeal Angel has a pt. For costume lets say.. the costume now is good compare before, atleast they've found something to enhanced, regardless the actress.

That's true, Darna should be portrayed by a true Filipina look-alike, that is Angel Locsin. Besides the original Darna and others are voluptous & sexy, and not someone who forbids herself fasting just to look sexy with the costume. Also true that Angel do the best acting and stunts, with Marian, whatever leading sweety-sweety and nice role given to her, her facial expressions always appear unapproachable, snobbish and tactless. She doesn't possess the suitable femininity of the "Darna / Narda" role. And I guess, I agree with the previous comment, with her role co-star Manny Pacquiao, its very suitable and she doesnt really need anymore acting workshop because all in all she will always appear as "palengkerang mestiza."
