Today is a special non working Holiday. Today is Ninoy Aquino day. The Aquino family ask the public to wear something yellow as a sign of respect tot he late Cory Aquino and Ninoy Aquino. It was also said that when you are still on the road around 6 PM to 7PM, turn your hazard lights on.
