Who is Senior Inspector Rolando Del Rosario Mendoza?

January 10, 1955, he was born in Naic Cavite. He was married to Aurora (Banadero, Tanauan, Batangas).

April 1981, entered as a patrolman in PNP through Integrated National Police (INP) now defunct.

1986. awarded as Ten Outstanding Policemen of the Philippines (TOPP) by Jaycees International

January 1991, absorbed in PNP as Senior Police Officer 3 with the Western Police District (WPD), now known as the Manila Police District.

May 2002, promoted as Inspector.

August 2005, promotes as Senior Inspector.

April 9. 2008, extorted a a Mandarin chef hotel. Together with 4 other policemen, they accused Christian Kalaw of bein a drug user and tried to extort 3,000 Pesos from the chef. Records also shows that the policemen forced Kalaw to swallow a sachet full of shabu while they try to extort 20K from the chef.

January 2010. dismissed by the Office of the Ombudsman and stripped of his benefits (together with the other policemen) and was also disqualified to hold any position in the government.

August 2010. HOSTAGE TAKER. DEAD.
