TCP: For The Entire Family

This week's theme for TCP is For the whole family. We never watched as a whole family actually but if there is one that we watched and liked as a whole, that would be I AM LEGEND. I know it is not on the "for the family" genre but the kids loved it and I love the OST of that movie..

Robert Neville is a scientist who was unable to stop the spread of the terrible virus that was incurable and man-made. Immune, Neville is now the last human survivor in what is left of New York City and perhaps the world. For three years, Neville has faithfully sent out daily radio messages, desperate to find any other survivors who might be out there. But he is not alone. Mutant victims of the plague -- The Infected -- lurk in the shadows... watching Neville's every move... waiting for him to make a fatal mistake. Perhaps mankind's last, best hope, Neville is driven by only one remaining mission: to find a way to reverse the effects of the virus using his own immune blood. But he knows he is outnumbered... and quickly running out of time. IMBD

Nose Job

Although I will never need this one, I knew some who will find this post very useful. Let try to take away my worries and talk something about beauty. Lets be human again and not a worrier. Let's talk about beauty and enhancing a body part. Most are not blessed when it comes to our nose. Some wants to have a nose job without even considering the cause and effect.

Nose job cost maybe affordable to some but one must study and do some research first before undergoing a surgery. It is not a simple surgery procedure and it should be done by a professional. Some jumped in to the first doctor they met and in the end regrets they did. As I have said this is not a simple procedure and only trusted doctors can do the job. If you are planning to have a nose job, ask around and seek advice. It may appear cheap but in the end it is actually more expensive due to side effects.

What Are The Odds?

Our worst weekend is over and though we are safe and alive (and of course thankful) at the back f our mind, we cannot help but worry. Imagine, there are more or less 20 typhoons a year gracing (and devastating our country), what are the odds that it won't happen again? What are the odds that the government will not advise us that they would suddenly worsen it by setting free some gallons of water (yeah, like a gallon is equal to one dam)? What are the odds that the flood won't step higher that it had? What are the odds that we can survive it again?

The odds are, we will never stop worrying for our safety. We will never again sleep soundly. We will never again feel secured and safe. Our sanctuary is loss.

Keeping The Kids Warm

To all of you who prayed for us and think of us, our deepest thanks. We would never survive the longest weekend of our life without your prayers. It helped us made it through and keep our faith and hope alive. It was the hardest that hit us and I hope we can recover soon. I know my kids are traumatized by the event and I can only hope that I can still give them the feeling of safety they once felt in our sanctuary.

I plan to buy them stuffed animals like jellycat. I know that in a way it can take their fear for a time and might even forget the trauma they had been. This cutie animals will be their friends for a while. I also plan to buy some barefoot dreams cardigans just in case. A good old cardigan to help them keep warm. I know it is still too early to plan for these things as we have other priorities but I am working on it. For sure I won't be sleeping that much in the next few days to catch up on my work and to earn more for my coming baby.

I have been planning on buying my little angel some appaman clothes. I really can't stop eying every pink clothes I see. I want to buy them all and let my baby girl ear it. Oh by the way, she did popped out during the time that we are so stressed out. Maybe she knows that her clothes are not yet ready. And yes I will buy her a jellycat too just like what I plan to buy for her three older brothers. I know my kids will look lovely with all those stuff. I can't wait!
